Brown ground beef, onion, salt and pepper.
Spread in greased pie plate.
In medium bowl, beat eggs, milk and baking mix until smooth.
Pour over meat mixture. Bake at 400Β° until knife inserted comes out clean. Top with cheese and let melt.
