Cheeseburger Pie
Cheeseburger Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 lb. hamburger, 1 c. onion, 1 1/2 c. milk, 3/4 c. bisquick and 3 eggs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Grease pie pan.
Brown meat and onion; drain.
Add salt and pepper; spread into pan.
Beat milk, Bisquick and eggs.
Pour over meat.
Bake 25 minutes at 350Β°, then add tomato sauce and cheese over top.
Bake until knife inserted comes out clean, about 8 to 10 minutes.
