Cheeseburger Pie
Cheeseburger Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. ground beef, 1 1/2 c. chopped onion, 1 1/2 c. milk, 3/4 c. baking mix and 3 eggs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Heat oven to 400Β°.
Grease pie plate, 10 x 1 1/2-inches.
Cook and stir beef and onion over medium heat until beef is brown; drain.
Spread in pie plate.
Beat milk, baking mix, eggs, salt and pepper until smooth.
Pour over ground beef. Bake 25 minutes. Top with tomatoes; sprinkle with cheese.
Bake another 5 to 8 minutes. Cool 5 minutes.
