Cheese Wreath
Cheese Wreath is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (8 oz.) pkg. shredded sharp cheddar cheese, 2 (8 oz.) pkg. philly cream cheese, softened, 1 tsp. lemon juice, 1 tbsp. chopped red bell pepper and 1 tbsp. finely chopped ground onion, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
Beat Cheddar cheese and cream cheese with mixer (medium) until well blended.
Add juice, pepper, onion and Worcestershire sauce and mix well.
Refrigerate several hours or overnight.
Form into wreath.
Garnish with fresh parsley and red bell pepper stars. Serve with crackers.
Makes 2 cups.
