Cheese & Wild Rice
Cheese & Wild Rice is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. wild rice, 4 oz. mushrooms, chopped, 1/2 tsp. salt, 1/2 tsp. basil and 3 c tomatoes, crushed, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Place 1 cup wild rice into 4 cups boiling water for 30 minutes.
Repeat this process twice more for a total of 3 times.
Add remaining ingredients to wild rice.
Bake at 350Β° for 30 minutes, covered.
Then remove cover and bake for additional 30 minutes.
