Cheese Wedges
Cheese Wedges is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. all-purpose flour, 1/2 c. yellow corn meal, 1/2 tsp. chili powder, 1/4 c. margarine, melted and 1/4 c. milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

In a bowl, mix flour, corn meal and chili powder.
Add butter, milk and egg.
Stir until just moistened.
Press mixture into nine-inch square pan.
Bake at 350Β° until mixture is lightly browned and begins to pull away from sides of pan (about 25 minutes).
Mix cheese, chilies and green onions; spread over hot mixture.
Return to oven and bake until cheese melts (about 15 to 20 minutes).
Serve either hot or cold.
Makes 12 pieces.
