Cheese Wafers
Cheese Wafers is an easy dinner. Made with 2 c. grated sharp cheddar cheese (8 oz.), 1 c. flour, 1 stick oleo or butter, 1 tsp. salt and 1/8 tsp. red cayenne pepper, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Mix all ingredients together. Separate into two balls.
Roll into approximately 1-inch tube.
Wrap in wax paper and refrigerate.
After chilled, slice into very thin wafers.
Place on ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake at 350Β° for 10 to 15 minutes. May top with a pecan half before cooking.
