Cheese Wafers
Cheese Wafers is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. fleischmann's margarine, 2 c. grated cheese (cracker barrel, half sharp and half extra sharp), 1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper, 1 1/2 c. all-purpose flour and 1 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Cream the margarine and cheese together.
Add seasonings and work in flour.
Turn onto wax paper and shape into roll about 10-inches long and 1-inch in diameter.
Wrap in wax paper and chill several hours.
(At this point, dough can be frozen and baked later.)
