Cheese Torte
Cheese Torte is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 eggs, well beaten, 2 lb. small curd cottage cheese, 1/2 pt. cream, 1 c. sugar and 2 tbsp. flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

π¨βπ³ Instructions
Mix together the first 3 ingredients.
Mix the sugar and flour; mix together.
Add vanilla.
Mix the crumbs, melted butter or oleo, 1 cup sugar and cinnamon; mix well.
Save 1 cup for topping.
Use rest to make crust with fingers in glass 8 x 12-inch pan.
Form crust evenly.
Spoon in egg mixture carefully. Sprinkle reserved topping on top.
Bake for about 1 hour at 350Β°.
