Cheese Topped Tomatoes
Cheese Topped Tomatoes is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 5 medium tomatoes, 1/4 c. soft breadcrumbs, 1/4 c. grated parmesan cheese, 1 tbsp. butter or margarine, melted and 1/8 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Remove stems from tomatoes and cut a 1/4 inch slice from top of each.
Combine remaining ingredients, stirring well.
Press about 2 tablespoons cheese mixture on top of each tomato.
Place tomatoes in a greased 9-inch square baking pan.
Bake at 350Β° for 20 minutes.
