Cheese Stuffed Shells
Cheese Stuffed Shells is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 eggs, beaten, 2 (15 oz. each) ricotta cheese, 2 c. shredded mozzarella cheese, 1 c. grated parmesan cheese, divided and 1/2 c. chopped parsley, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. In medium bowl, combine eggs, Ricotta cheese, Mozzarella cheese, 3/4 cup Parmesan cheese, parsley, salt and pepper.
Spoon about 2 tablespoons mixture into each shell.
Arrange in a 13 x 9-inch baking dish.
Top with spaghetti sauce.
Sprinkle with remaining Parmesan cheese.
Bake at 350Β° for 30 minutes.
