Cheese Squash is an easy dinner. Made with 5 to 6 c. cut up yellow squash, 1 (8 oz.) velveeta cheese, cut up in chunks, 1/4 to 1/2 c. onions and salt and pepper, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Place squash in 2 to 3-quart pan to boil.
Add salt to boil. Boil until soft, about 20 minutes.
Pour off water.
Add cheese to taste, 5 to 6 chunks, stir until melted.
