Cheese Squash
Cheese Squash is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. summer squash, 1 medium onion, chopped, 1 c. cheddar cheese, grated, 1 tbsp. sugar and 2 eggs, beaten, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Cook squash in small amount boiling salted water until tender.
Combine ingredients except 1/2 of cheese and paprika.
Pour into buttered casserole and place remaining cheese on top and sprinkle with paprika.
Bake at 350Β° for 25 minutes. Sage is the surprise in this combination.
