Cheese Spread is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 eggs, 2 tbsp. vinegar, 2 tbsp. sugar, dash of salt and a lump of butter, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Cook eggs, vinegar, sugar and salt together, stirring constantly.
Remove from heat and add butter and cream cheese. Whip until smooth.
Chop up an onion and green pepper very fine and add to the mixture.
Refrigerate overnight.
Makes 1 pint.
