Cheese Soup is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 c. boiling water, 3 c. diced potatoes, 1/2 c. chopped celery, 1/4 c. chopped onion and 1/2 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Add boiling water to potatoes, celery, onion, salt, pepper, bouillon cube and parsley flakes.
Cover and cook until tender. Blend flour with small amount of milk.
Stir into vegetables.
Add balance of 2 cups milk.
Cook until thickened.
Add Velveeta cheese.
Stir until melted.
