Cheese Soup
Cheese Soup is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 8 tsp. margarine, 8 c. water, 40 oz. potatoes, cubed (don't peel), 8 chicken bouillon cubes and 1 c. onions, chopped, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Mix together all ingredients, except cheese.
Cook for 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
Stir in the cheese; simmer gently.
Makes 16 cups.
