Cheese Soup
Cheese Soup is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. finely chopped carrot, 1/2 c. finely chopped onion, 1/4 c. finely chopped celery, 2 tbsp. butter and 1 c. chicken broth, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

In covered saucepan, cook carrot, onion and celery in butter over low heat until tender.
Add broth; cook and stir until thickened and bubbly.
Stir in half and half and cheese until cheese melts and soup is heated through.
Do not boil!
