Cheese Soup is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 c. potatoes, cubed, 1 c. celery, 1 1/2 c. carrots, 1 onion and 6 c. water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Cook vegetables until tender.
Add bouillon cubes and soup. Pour into slow cooker, add cheese.
Stir occasionally as cheese is melting.
