Cheese Soup
Cheese Soup is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 qt. water, 4 chicken bouillon cubes, 1 c. chopped celery, 1 c. chopped onion and 2 1/2 c. chopped potatoes, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

In saucepan, put water and bouillon and bring to a boil.
Then add celery and onion and cook for 20 minutes.
Then add potatoes, carrots and any other vegetables you have on hand.
Cook slowly until vegetables are done.
Then add cheese and soup.
Heat and serve.
