Cheese Soup
Cheese Soup is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 to 5 medium potatoes, cubed, 1 small onion, diced, 1 to 1 1/2-inch thick ham steak, cubed, 1 bag winterblend (cauliflower and broccoli) and 1 can peas, drained, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Put 2 quarts water in a large saucepan.
Add potatoes, onion, salt and pepper.
Boil until the potatoes are almost done. Add the whole bag of Winterblend and continue boiling until soft.
Add ham and peas.
Take off heat immediately.
Add milk to color, then spoon in the Cheez Whiz and stir.
Serve. Serves 4.
