Cheese Soup
Cheese Soup is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 5 c. potatoes, peeled and chopped, 1 c. carrots, peeled and chopped, 8 oz. velveeta cheese, cut up, 1 kahn's 'lil ham, chopped and 1/4 c. parsley flakes, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Mix potatoes, carrots, onion, parsley flakes and bouillon cube in about 2 cups of water.
Cover and simmer until soft.
Mix flour and milk until combined.
Add to potatoes and carrots.
Lower heat and heat until it thickens a little.
Stir in ham and cheese until these melt.
