Cheese Soup

Made with 4 cubes chicken bouillon, 1/4 c. chopped onion, 1 (18 oz.) pkg. frozen mixed vegetables, 2 1/2 c. cubed potatoes and 2 cans cream of chicken soup, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Place water in pan.
Add bouillon and onion.
Simmer 20 minutes.
Add vegetables, potatoes and chicken soup.
Cook 20 minutes and add Velveeta until melted. Serve.
