Cheese Soup is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 c. potatoes, 1 1/2 c. carrots, 1 small onion, 1 c. celery and salt and pepper to taste, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Dice potatoes, carrots, onion and celery.
Add salt, pepper, seasoned salt, beef bouillon cubes and water.
Boil until tender. Then add milk and Velveeta cheese.
Cook slow.
If too juicy, add small amount of cornstarch.
