Cheese Soup
Cheese Soup is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. chopped celery, 1 c. chopped onions, 2 pkg. chicken bouillon, 1 qt. water and 1 c. sliced carrots, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

In large pot, combine celery, onions, bouillon and water. Bring to a boil for 15 minutes.
Add carrots, potatoes and vegetables.
Simmer 40 to 50 minutes.
Just before serving, add 2 cans soup and cheese (cut cheese into cubes for faster melting). Heat until cheese melts and soup is heated through.
