Cheese Soup
Cheese Soup is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. finely chopped carrots, 1/2 c. finely chopped onion, 1/4 c. finely chopped celery, 1/4 c. all-purpose flour and 2 tbsp. butter, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

In covered saucepan, cook carrots, onion and celery in butter over low heat until tender.
Stir in flour.
Add broth and salt. Cook and stir until thickened and bubbly.
Stir in milk and cheese and cook until cheese melts and soup is heated through.
Do not boil.
