Cheese Soup is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 chicken bouillon cubes, 1 c. diced onion, 5 strips bacon, crumbled, 1/2 c. diced carrots and 2 cans cream of chicken soup, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Mix bouillon cubes, water, celery, potatoes and onions.
Cover and cook 30 minutes.
Add carrots and broccoli.
Cook until tender.
Add cream of chicken soup and 1 cup water.
Slowly add Velveeta cheese until melted.
Sprinkle in bacon crumbs.
