Cheese Soup
Cheese Soup is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 chicken bouillon cubes, 1 qt. water, 1 large diced onion, 2 1/2 c. diced potatoes and 1 c. diced celery, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Cook bouillon cubes, water, onion, potatoes, celery and carrots for 20 minutes in a large pot.
Add package of frozen mixed vegetables.
Mix the soup with 1 can of water.
Add to pot. Add the cubed cheese.
Cook until cheese melts.
Be careful; soup burns easily.
