Cheese Soup
Cheese Soup is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 tbsp. minced onions, 4 tbsp. margarine, 4 1/2 tbsp. plain flour, 2 c. milk and 2 c. chicken stock, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Cook onion in margarine but do not brown.
Blend in flour and heat until bubbly.
Add milk and stock and cook until sauce thickens, stirring constantly.
Remove from heat and add cheese. Stir until melted.
Add vegetables.
You may top with parsley or chives to serve.
