Cheese Soup
Cheese Soup is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 c. water, 5 bouillon cubes, 1 c. chopped celery, 1 c. chopped onion and 2 1/2 c. diced raw potatoes, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Combine 4 cups water and bouillon cubes to make broth.
Add celery, onion and potatoes.
Cook for 10 minutes.
Add frozen vegetables.
Cook another 10 minutes.
Add the two soups and 2 cans of water.
Heat through and add cubed Velveeta cheese.
Heat until cheese is melted.
Freezes well.
