Butter a 5-cup soufflé dish (or 6 individual dishes).
Put all ingredients, except sharp and cream cheeses, into blender.
Whip to blend.
Add cheese by the chunk.
Mix on high for 5 seconds. Bake for 50 minutes at 375° (or 15 to 20 minutes for individual dishes).
