Cheese Shrimp Puffs
Cheese Shrimp Puffs is an easy dinner. Made with 32 crackers, 1/4 c. margarine or butter, 8 oz. (2 c.) shredded cheddar cheese, 1 egg, separated and 4 1/2 oz. can small shrimp, drained, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.
Microwave Directions
Arrange crackers on 2 napkin-lined plates.
In medium microwave-safe bowl, microwave butter on High for 10 seconds to soften.
Add cheese; blend well.
Stir in egg yolk and shrimp.
Beat egg white until stiff peaks form.
Fold into cheese-shrimp mixture.
Top each cracker with spoonful of mixture. Microwave 1 plate at a time on High for 1 minute.
Makes 32 snacks.
