Cheese Sauce is an easy dinner. Made with 2 tbsp. butter or margarine, 1/4 c. flour, 2 c. milk, 1/2 tsp. prepared mustard and 1 1/2 c. cut up cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Butter margarine in pan.
Mix in flour; add milk slowly, stirring until smooth.
Cook and stir until sauce thickens.
Mustard and cheese; stir over low heat until cheese melts.
Makes 2 2/3 cups of sauce.
Use cheese sauce to pour over cooked vegetables or to mix with cooked potatoes, rice, macaroni or noodles.
