Cheese Sauce
Cheese Sauce is an easy dinner. Made with 1/4 c. butter or margarine, 2 tbsp. flour, 1 c. milk, 6 slices american cheese and salt and pepper to taste, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Melt butter in saucepan.
Stir in flour, but do not brown. Add milk, cheese, salt and pepper.
Cook on low heat, stirring constantly, until sauce thickens.
Pour over broccoli, potatoes or other vegetables.
Grate Cheddar cheese on top and heat until melted.
Add a little garlic powder and serve over noodles.
