Cheese Sauce is an easy dinner. Made with 2 c. grated cheese, 1/3 c. milk, 6 drops tabasco sauce, 1/4 tsp. prepared mustard and boiling water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Place cheese in a double boiler top.
Cook over boiling water until cheese is melted.
Slowly add milk, stirring constantly, until sauce is smooth. Add Tabasco sauce and mustard. Blend thoroughly.
