Cheese Salad
Cheese Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. crushed pineapple, 2 1/2 c. grated cheddar cheese, 1 tall can evaporated milk, 1/2 c. diced celery and 1/2 c. diced green olives, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Combine gelatin and boiling water.
Add other ingredients to gelatin mixture.
Pour in 9 x 2-inch pan (glass or metal).
Chill until firm.
Cut in squares.
Serve with dressing of 1/2 cup Miracle Whip and 1/2 cup whipped cream.
Delicious.
Serves 6 to 8.
