Cheese Round
Cheese Round is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 cups grated sharp cheddar, 4 cups grated mild cheddar, 1 small onion, grated, 1 tsp ground red pepper and 1 c mayo, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
π¨βπ³ Instructions
Mix first 5 ingredients.
Stir in 1/2 c pecans.
Stir remaining 1/2 c pecans in bottom of greased bundt pan.
Spread in cheese mixture.
When ready to serve, turn onto platter and spoon preserves in center.
Serve with favorite crackers.
Should be made day ahead in order for flavors to blend.
