Cheese Rolls is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. pecans, 16 oz. cream cheese, 8 oz. shredded mild cheddar cheese, 3 oz. cooked shredded ham and 1/4 c. shredded green pepper, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Soften cream cheese; mix all other ingredients except pecans. Form into balls or log and roll in the pecans.
Salt and pepper to taste.
Can use American cheese if you want.
