Cheese Roll is an easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. velveeta, 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, 1 medium onion, chopped fine, 1 can (hot, medium or mild) peppers, chopped and 1 can black olives, chopped, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Ingredients should be at room temperature.
Between wax paper, spread Velveeta until about 1/4-inch thick.
Mix cream cheese and onions and spread over Velveeta.
Layer peppers and black olives over cream cheese and onions.
Roll up like jelly roll.
Better if made up night before serving.
