Cheese Roll
Cheese Roll is an easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. velveeta cheese, 12 oz. cream cheese, 2 tsp. garlic salt, 2 c. finely chopped pecans and chili powder (optional), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Soften the cheeses; mix in garlic salt and pecans.
Roll into round loaves on wax paper which has been dusted with chili powder. (This is optional for a red color on roll.) Wrap in wax paper; chill or freeze before being served.
Slice thinly and serve with crackers.
