Cheese Ring(Serves a Crowd!)
Cheese Ring(Serves A Crowd!) is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. sharp cheddar cheese, grated, 3/4 c. mayonnaise, 1 clove garlic, pressed, 1 c. pecans, chopped and 1 medium onion, grated, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Combine ingredients, except preserves, and mix well. Press into a ring shaped mold which has been lined with Saran Wrap (this unmolding much easier).
Refrigerate for at least several hours.
When ready to serve, unmold on a platter and fill the center with preserves.
Serve with your favorite crackers. (This is great for a party!)
