Cheese Ring - "Plains Special" is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. grated cheese, 1 c. chopped nuts, black pepper, 1 small onion, grated very fine and 1 c. mayonnaise, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Mix and mold in ring.
Place in refrigerator until chilled. Unmold onto plate and fill center with strawberry preserves. Serve with Waverly crackers.
