Cheese Ring is an easy dinner. Made with 2 c. shredded cheddar cheese, 2 c. chopped pecans, 1/2 c. minced onions and 1/2 to 1 c. mayonnaise (enough to hold mixture together), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.
