Cheese Ring
Cheese Ring is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. cheddar cheese, grated, 1 c. chopped pecans, 1 pkg. knox gelatin, dissolved in 1/4 cup hot water, 1 c. mayonnaise and 3 tbsp. grated onion, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Mix well and pack into ring mold at leave overnight.
Serve with strawberry preserves and crackers (Townhouse or Waverly). Put preserves in center of cheese ring after removing from mold. Spread cheese and preserves on crackers together.
