Cheese Ring
Cheese Ring is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 lb. sharp cheese, grated, 1/2 lb. mild cheese, grated, 1 c. chopped nuts, 1 c. mayonnaise and 1 small onion, grated, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Mix all ingredients, except strawberry preserves.
Mold into desired shape (with hands).
I mold into a ring.
Place into refrigerator until chilled.
When ready to serve, fill center with strawberry preserves.
Serve with biscuit type crackers.
