Cheese Ring is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. sharp cheddar cheese, grated, 2 c. chopped pecans, 3/4 c. mayonnaise, 1 medium onion, grated and 1 clove garlic, pressed, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.
