Cheese Ring
Cheese Ring is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (16 oz.) pkg. extra sharp cheddar cheese, shredded, 1 (16 oz.) pkg. medium cheddar cheese, shredded, 1 small onion, grated, 1 c. mayonnaise and 2 tsp. texas pete hot sauce, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Combine first 5 ingredients and mix well.
Add 3/4 cup pecans and mix.
Shape into a ring and pat remaining pecans on top.
Chill. (Put on platter or on sheet of wax paper.)
