Cheese Ring
Cheese Ring is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 16 oz. extra sharp cheddar cheese, shredded, 16 oz. medium cheddar, shredded, 1 small onion, grated, 1 c. mayonnaise and 1 tsp. red pepper, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Combine all ingredients, except pecans and preserves; mix well. Sprinkle 1/4 cup pecans in a greased ring mold.
Press cheese into mold.
Chill.
Unmold and place remaining pecans on top.
Put preserves in the middle.
