Cheese Quesadillas
Cheese Quesadillas is an easy dinner. Made with 10 mariachi fajita tortillas, 2 c. sargento shredded mexican combo cheese (8 oz.), 1 (4 oz.) can casa fiesta diced green chiles, 1 (16 oz.) jar casa fiesta salsa picante sauce and sour cream, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Preheat oven to 350Β°.
Place 8 fajita-style tortillas on a baking sheet.
Top each tortilla evenly with 1/4 cup shredded cheese and sprinkle over with diced chilies.
Place in oven for 5 minutes or until the cheese melts.
Take out and fold each tortilla in half, then cut into 4 triangles.
Serve with salsa and sour cream when hot.
