Made with 1 cube margarine, 1/4 lb. shredded jack cheese, 3 oz. philadelphia cream cheese, 2 egg whites, beaten to stiff peaks and 1 loaf unsliced bread, cubed in large pieces, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Melt cheeses and margarine over hot water, fold in egg whites. Coat well each cube of bread and freeze on cookie sheet.
