Cheese Puffs
Cheese Puffs is an easy dinner. Made with 2 slices white bread, 1/2 lb. american cheese, grated, 1 small onion, grated, dash of white pepper and 1/2 c. mayonnaise, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Preheat oven to 200°.
Cut the bread into 1 1/2-inch rounds (4 per slice).
Place the bread rounds on baking sheets.
Bake for 10 minutes.
Combine the American cheese, onion, pepper and mayonnaise.
Remove bread rounds to a wire rack.
Increase oven temperature to 325°.
Spread a teaspoonful of cheese mixture on each bread round.
Place on lightly greased baking sheets.
Bake for 5 minutes.
Makes 4 dozen.
